~ We require a $250 Non-Refundable deposit to hold your puppy for you. The remaining is due 10 days before the pich up of you puppy. Money order through Canada Post or cash in person for final payments
N0 exceptions.
~ If for any reason you change your mind on purchasing the puppy after the Non-Refundable deposit has already been paid, You will NOT get your Depost back. If you change your mind after the whole puppy has been paid for, All will be returned EXCEPT the Non-Refundable Deposit of $250 If by any chance you do change your mind on the purchase of your puppy, then I have 90 days to repay and amount above the non-refundable deposit. But Not the Non-Refundable Deposit.
~ Bad things always happen, So if for some reason something happens to the mother and/or puppies at my farm(ex..fire or premature birthing), then everyones deposits will either be returned or transfered to the next up comming litter, at my choice. If money is returned, I will have 90 days to repay the deposit.
~ I can not gaurentee what colors of puppies my females will have. If you put a Non-Refundable deposit on a puppy and you are asking for ..example a "Red Female", And all I have is black females, You can either choose a black female or your Non-Refundable deposit for that puppy will be automaticly moved to the next litter of puppies that will be due in the next season. If no Red Female is born in that next season, then your deposit will be returned within 90 days of that litters birth.
~*~ There is no such thing as the wrong color or sex of Dobermans. The only people demaniding certain colors or a certain sex are those who intend on breeding them. I will NOT sell to anyone with the intentions of breeding!!
~ Priority of choice of puppy will be given to those who pay their full deposit and in the order that the deposits were received.

~ Riverside Dobermans are not responcible for any said puppy after it leaves the property. We do not gaurentee any puppies as we can not gaurentee how they are being cared and looked after at that end. A doctor can not gaurentee that you child will be healthy for his/her whole life either. I do not gaurentee my puppies either. There are NO gurentee's in life.
~People often want to know the exact size, color or personality of a puppy when it is grown. I can only estimate that by going by previous litters and the parent's characteristics. For this reason, I make no guarantees as to the mature size, colour or disposition of said puppy and no other claims or agreements about this puppy's development. Puppies are sold as PET PUPPIES, seller will not be deemed liable if pet is infertile or unfinishable for any reason.
